Welcome to The Center for Dance!

Thank you for your interest in The Center for Dance.  We offer beginning through advanced level classes in Tap, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Lyrical, Ballet, Pointe, Pre-Ballet, Contemporary and Hip Hop, as well as Adult Tap, Ballet and Jazz classes. In addition, we offer Voice, Drama and Music classes, Pilates and Belly Dancing classes. Technique is stressed in all of our classes as well as artistic impression.  We offer students a well-rounded dance education with the emphasis in our specialty areas of Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop.  We provide some of the best in dance education in the western suburbs.

We are also the home of the Award Winning Center Stage Dance Company.  Our Company performs and competes throughout the Midwest.  Over the years we have won numerous awards and traveled to Hawaii, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Orlando, New York, Boston and Phoenix for various competitions on the regional and national levels.  Our dancers have been National Champions for many organizations and are applauded for their versatility and clean techniques.

Many of our dancers have gone on to professional careers. We have students dancing in Europe, Los Angeles, Japan, Las Vegas, New York and Chicago. We take great pride in our dancers achievements!

We have something to offer for every age group at The Center for Dance, based on age, ability and interest. Classes are offered for ages 3 to adult.

NEW THIS YEAR! We have added a third studio to accommodate additional dance classes, pilates and belly dancing classes as well as theatre and voice lessons. In addition, we will be producing a musical. (Please contact the studio for more details.)
